The shopping center Carl-Blechen- Carré belongs to the urban major projects with about 50 million Euro total investment costs in Cottbus. The new development with about 20.000 sqm of retail space and trade area as well as 450 parking spaces for employees and visitors will be supposed to be completed by autumn 2008. In Cottbus, one of the locations of the INROS LACKNER AG, the architectural preliminary design and the engineering tasks will be brought together to an overall project.
